2010 Race Information

The Event HQ is Welbourn Village Hall, which has just been fully rebuilt (Pictures on here soon)
We aim to raise money for Welbourn Village Hall, last year we managed £600 plus £100 for Welbourn Primary School.

On-Line entry is open now and will close 14th August 2010 (1 week before race) Race limit 250
We will allocate most places to On-Line Entry.
From March we will have a % Full meter on here and an entry list.
Paper Forms will be produced in March. Paper Entry will close strictly 7th August 2010 (2 weeks before race)
Entry fees are...
£8 for UKA or ARC Affiliated running club members.
£10 for Non Affiliated runners.
All 10k Finishers will receive a Memento & Pub Drinks Voucher. (Valid all day)
1st, 2nd, 3rd Male & Female receive shields.
Minimum age 15.

2m Fun Run & Primary Schools Challenge

Fun Run race entry will be by form only and will be in advance or on the day at the same price. Race limit 100
Schools interested in entering teams should fill in normal entry forms which will have Primary Schools Challenge information.
Entry fee £2
Medal for all finishers.
Open to all ages under supervision by parents.

Entry confirmation and all race information and final instructions will be E-Mailed to competitors.

All race numbers will be collected On The Day.

The 10k Run is affiliated to ARC - giving discounted rates to all UKA and ARC affiliated club members.

We are Pleased to be Powered by Lucozade Sport

Jim and Jan at The Joiners Arms will be serving food and weather allowing will have an extra outdoor bar.

Marshalls - If you would like to help us please contact Chris, we are nice to our marshalls and value your contribution, we even buy them beer!

The rules & notes...

On-line entry fees apply, these are beyond our control.

No refunds of any entry fees are allowed.

Race numbers can be transfered up to 14th August but only by contacting me and supplying a new entry form, there will be NO transfers after 14th August or on the day.

Running with a number other than your own is prohibited.

The course is not suitable for wheelchairs, Sorry.

If for any reason the race can not be held on this date we will move it to the next possible Sunday that does not clash locally and all race numbers will be valid for that date.
